2018 Vöcal Vineyards Cabernet Pfeffer Sabroso Enz Vineyard

Made out of an unusual varietal " Cabernet Pfeffer ". It was one on the blending grapes in Bordeaux , mainly know for its structure en tannins. This particular wine from California shows more the lighter, fresh, easy to drink version of this grape. We love this wine chilled for summer BBQ's.
