2018 A.J. Adam Hofberg Reserve Trocken

A J Adam has almost singlehandedly revived the once great tradition of wine making to the Dhroner Hofberg. He and his sister work hard land that was in the family, by hand, which they added to themselves. With a variety of Rieslings, from dry to sweet, they believe a natural approach to wine making is best, and it shows in their wines.
