2017 Leiner Riesling Trocken "Handwerk"

This is searingly dry, almost painful. In a good way, of course. Even though the wine is fermented totally dry, there is that Pfalz region "fatness" which adds a touch of weight to an otherwise lighter-bodied frame. It rocks with seafood, white meats, and hard cheeses like Manchego and salty Parmesan Reggiano.
