2018 Ruben Diaz Paso de Cebra Albillo

An exciting new white wine from Ruben Diaz, Paso de Cebra Blanco is 100% Albillo Real from four vineyards averaging 70 years old, planted on decomposed granitic sandy soils between 650m and 750m altitude in the village of Cebreros. The parcels were co-fermented with twenty days of maceration on the skins, then raised in a new 1700L foudre for nine months.
