2015 Tour de Bon IGP Mèditeranée "En-SolDavid Bowler
Super rare and limited. The En Sol is 100% Mourvèdre, fermented in earthenware amphoras where it stays on the skins and seeds for 6 months, before it is pressed and racked into stainless steel. Because it never sees wood, it can’t carry the Bandol stamp, and is thus classified simply as an "IGP Méditeranée." It arrives to us in bottle unfined and unfiltered; as a true expression of upper Bandol terroir. Natural wine geeks, low-sulfur-seekers, fans of orange wine, or anyone looking for a completely original wine-drinking experience will riot over this one.
