From a selection of fruit from old vine Malbec in the Valle de Uco in Mendoza, the wine is fermented in a combination of small concrete tanks and French oak barrels, and extracted via a 100 year old gravity flow system before bottling. A nice concentrated dark fruit nose and flavorful palate.
