2015 Ruben Diaz 7 Pulgadas Garnacha

Without being hyperbolic, this is one of the cooler wines I've had in recent memory. 100% Garnacha with 15% ABV from a single vineyard of 75 year old vines @ 1000m altitude and only 1000 bottles produced. Power and insanity with some of the most primordial plum and cherry imaginable, nestled between mouth watering, chewy acid. Amazing!
