2022 Triennes Rose

100% Cinsault. Odd to have it all be this varietal as it's usually used in the South of France for blending. It's got this vibrant aromatic and a particularly vivid lavender-ish flavor that is really enticing and sexy. Rich enough for a burger and delicate enough for a trout. Or burger with trout. Or a burger wrapped in trout. I'm serious.
